Hitting It Out of the Park
Buying a house can be hard. Buying a house from out of state can be even harder! I called my (now new) Loan Advisor some random day in March asking to get pre-approved for a house I was going to look at the next day. He was more than willing to help and got it done! Every curve ball I threw him, he hit out of the park. Any anxiety I had about the loan process, he walked me right through it and helped me feel at ease. He got me an incredibly low interest rate AND was able to get my loan approved in a super short amount of time.
Veterans Helping Veterans
We’re here in Florida for the Military Makeover show and a Win came up for us recently. We had a disabled Veteran contact us recently through one of our Financial Advisors – he brought up that the gentleman was looking for $300,000 due to a financial situation that had come up for him. The Advisor had been recommending a HELOC but fortunately they got the Veteran connected to us and we were able to talk to them about VA financing. We let him know that he and his wife could do a 2.375% interest rate, we could pay all of their closing costs and they could get the $300,000 cash out that they needed. We were able to get that deal closed in about 21-25 days, the Veteran was super happy and promised to refer any friends, family or any other Veterans that he knows back to us.
Their Own Home for the Holidays
I first talked with my clients back in June. They were living with their in-laws and had no credit which limited them in making a home purchase. I advised them on how to build a credit profile and four months later they we were able to obtain a credit score, which then enabled them to start looking at homes! Since they were short of funds, I explained FHA financing as a great first-time home-buyer option, and also recommended an offer on the home in which the seller would pay the closing costs, helping them further. With an offer accepted and a closing date in December, our clients will have a very special holiday in their very own home.
Solving Difficult Problems
My client had tried to refinance numerous times and her loan was rejected by 5 other lenders. When we looked at her income as a self employed tax accountant, her debt to income was over 75%. Our company is known for solving difficult problems when other lenders have turned people away and we did just that. In this case we switched her loan due to her low income and combined a few other resources to get her debt to income ratio down to 49.879%. We researched every possible solution to solve this one!!! When all was said and done, we saved her $3170/mo.
