Our Loan Officers take great care when it comes to their clients. They want to be available and responsive for any questions, queries, and complications that come along the way. This week's Loan Officer provided these services and had an equally responsive client, so the loan process flew by like a breeze. A family was facing substantial financial challenges when a family member, who had used our services before, referred them to one of our Loan Officers. The new clients owned a business that went under during the Great Recession. A few weeks later, the Loan Officer received an email about a temporary option, one that would help the clients pay off their IRS debts, mortgage, and other outstanding payments while thinking about refinancing. Despite all the financial hardships, including those inflicted from the pandemic, in 2020, the clients were able to refinance into a conventional 30 year fixed loan at 3% and close in less than 45 days. The clients were so thankful for the Loan Officer's dedication and felt immense relief that their financial stress was gone. Buying a second home can sometimes be a completely different process than a primary residence. A client located in Washington was looking to purchase a second home and was referred to RPM Mortgage by her real estate agent. Sadly, after working together for several months, the pandemic changed their plans altogether. However, the Loan Officer stuck by them when they decided to refinance their current home. The process took nine months, and it all paid off. The client was over the moon about the service they received from the team. Not only were they responding to the client's questions promptly but also making themselves available for discussions about different options. Ten days into the escrow period, a client came to our Loan Advisor seeking help because their longtime lender could not perform at the time. Since the borrower was self-employed and the time was slipping away, the team had to act fast. If the race against the clock wasn't enough pressure, they also had to secure two appraisals and jump through multiple hurdles to make this all work. Thankfully, with the help of others, this team of four was able to patiently and professionally collaborate and get the job done in record time.

We all are facing issues during the pandemic, but none so much as this traveling nurse who has been working tirelessly on the front lines. At the same time, she was getting denied a loan by lender after lender because of her job. Our Loan Advisor wouldn't stand for it and went the extra mile to make the loan work for this hero. The client was so happy with the seamless process that she told other traveling nurses about the Loan Advisor's efforts. This led to another client coming to us but for a home in Texas. Because the original Loan Advisor isn't licensed in that state, she made sure to pass the person on to another Loan Advisor licensed in that state that would also go above and beyond to help their client.

One of our Senior Loan Advisors helped an elderly client save thousands by getting him out of an Option Adjustable-Rate Mortgage (ARM) that was going to adjust. By refinancing the mortgage and switching out of an option ARM meant he could get a fixed product and save himself the headache of planning retirement and other expenses with a variable product.
